Beautiful setting and extremely friendly and amazingly friendly staff who really pays attention to customer service. Good breakfast with plenty of great food. Friendly check-in, late check-out.

We found everything wonderful, would recomand it to others. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Belair was stunning. There were different stores and gift stores around the hotel.

Everything was amazing, experienced staff, stunning views of the ocean. Studio suite was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfy. Highly recommended for short stay.

Not always friendly staff!

The location was BEAUTIFUL, relatively near a historic fort. The room itself was well-appointed and recently renovated with a great view and had essentials I needed. The pool was very clean and I had good drinks in the swim-up bar.

Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Amazing service and amazing location close enough to the grocery store or gift shops as well as several restaurants with music playing in the background. Also, on the beach with TIKI Torches.

The location is best possible and quiet, just a pleasant stroll away from a historic fort. It's in a beautiful building in the adequate area. The room is beautifully maintained, brand-new comes with a great view, whirlpool tub plus 2 bedrooms.

We had a very nice time in this hip new hotel in Philipsburg. We only stayed 1 night, nevertheless the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for us. The venue had a fantastic restaurant for lunch. Was a nice base for vacation.

The pool area was recently remodeled and is enjoyable. The staff at the bell service and cleaning service were great. Beach and swimming area were beautiful with plenty of seating options. Excellent location with various amenities like water sports and restaurants. Friendly staff also provided island tours and a bus ride to the Mardi Gras parade.

A typical American resort in the Caribbean. Everything you need is available from supermarkets to cheap guest laundry. The restaurant prices are reasonable.

The overnight price plus additional costs (extra charge for electricity!) is overly expensive. Poor price-performance ratio. The rooms are probably cleaned only every 2-3 days. Accordingly, the overall cleanliness is average.

Unique location - very well maintained hotel and absolutely clean beach - good restaurants with nice service - the showers are not good, you stand under a trickle - the rooms go directly against the beach and you enjoy every wave, that is really wonderful. The prices are astronomically high. We would come here again when we visit Saint Martin, it is certainly one of the best hotels in the Philipsburg area.
